The location is ideal for exploring the Old Quarter.

The bathroom had persistent plumbing issues that created an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the noise from the streets was noticeable, which made it hard to get a restful night's sleep. Lastly, there were issues with the wi-fi, and at times it was frustratingly slow.

No elevator available for higher floors!!! Strong musky smell in the bathroom could be unpleasant!!! Poor bathroom cleanliness and low water pressure left much to be desired!!! Staff should check room conditions before guest arrival!!!

Fresh pastries for breakfast added a delightful touch to the mornings, and the cozy location close to Hanoi's Old Quarter made sightseeing accessible. However, the bathroom felt a bit cramped, and occasional street noise might disturb light sleepers. Some maintenance issues, like low water pressure, were noted, impacting the overall comfort.

The charming ambiance of this quaint hotel provided a much-needed respite in the bustling Old Town. Staff went out of their way to assist with our needs, including organizing transport and offering takeaway breakfasts for early excursions. While the lack of a lift was a bit challenging, the air conditioning kept us comfortable during the heat wave.

The hotel is perfectly located in the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the bustling area. The warmth and helpfulness of the staff were a major highlight. they were quick to assist with our luggage and helped us arrange airport transfers seamlessly. While the rooms were basic and could use a bit more charm, the comfortable bed and functional air conditioning made our stay enjoyable. Just be prepared for some street noise if you're a light sleeper.

Hanoi Amber Hotel exceeded our expectations with its gorgeous design and comfortable bed. The room was clean and the location is perfect, just tucked away in an alley off Ta Hien (Beer Street). The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Thanks for a great experience!
